Spruce Trapdoor Kitchen

A modern kitchen design made with spruce trap doors, furnaces, hoppers and iron trapdoors. The spruce gives the kitchen a very rural look, like something out of a cottage. The appliances in this design include a fridge, ovens, stovetops, and a sink. 


Try customizing this build with new appliances and different trap door styles! It might also be worth your time to replace the furnaces with blast furnaces for ores or smokers for food. I would honestly go for the smokers because this is a kitchen after all.

Tiny Spruce Dining Area

There are two parts to this build: the table set and the cupboards. The table is made out of two end rods with horizontal spruce trapdoors on top. The chairs are simply made out of spruce stairs. The cupboards are horizontally placed barrels and can included potted plants on top as decoration.  This build is perfect for compact houses or bases with tiny kitchens! The barrels serve as functional storage blocks. I would recommend storing food items in them so that the theme fits! To change up the look and feel of this build you could do two things. 1. Jungle Wood Reading Desk

The build was designed to fit a 1 block by 9 block wall, making it perfect for even tiny Minecraft homes. All you'll need are some jungle wood stairs, a lectern, signs, trap doors and some barrels for storage. You can decorate the desk with whatever plants or lighting you like.  Another approach to this build would be to replace the lectern with an enchanting table or crafting bench. Compact Wood Kitchen with Stoves

Follow me at  www.instagram.com/fun_minecraft_builds/ If you are building a tiny or compact home in Minecraft and wish to install a food cooking area or kitchen, consider this build as an option. The design uses a very small amount of space and can be aligned to a small area wall. The materials used include Smokers to cook the food, spruce planks for the border, wood stairs for the counter, and hoppers for the vents.  For decoration you can add walls above the hoppers to make it look like pipes are leading outside of your home. If you want to change this build consider using other styles of wood stairs and planks. Normal furnaces can also replace the smokers if you want to cook ores as well. The minimal decoration pieces here (the dried plant and the lantern) can also be changed to whatever plant and lighting style works for your Minecraft home.
