Jungle Wood Reading Desk

Image
I am now on Instagram! Follow me at  www.instagram.com/fun_minecraft_builds/ This small interior design build showcases a simple reading desk made out of jungle wood. The build was designed to fit a 1 block by 9 block wall, making it perfect for even tiny Minecraft homes. All you'll need are some jungle wood stairs, a lectern, signs, trap doors and some barrels for storage. You can decorate the desk with whatever plants or lighting you like.  Another approach to this build would be to replace the lectern with an enchanting table or crafting bench. You could also change the wood to a style that you prefer! Feel free to customize this design and build it to fit your needs. As usual, let me know how your build turns out :)

Tiny Modern Home

Image
I built a tiny modern L-shaped home using minimal space and resources. I wanted to give it an elegant feeling, like it belonged in a rich modern neighbourhood. The build was given a small bedroom, kitchen and dining area. The front door has a small waterfall and there is a tiny pool around the side with some shrubs.

Simple Forest Watch Tower

Image
I am now on Instagram! Follow me at  www.instagram.com/fun_minecraft_builds/ I designed a small and simple forest watch tower out of spruce logs and dark oak planks. This tower design works well on the outskirts of small forest towns or natural villages that you are occupying. There is enough room at the top to throw some barrels and a bed, which makes this tower ideal for evading creatures during the night. With the minimal resources required, this should be a pretty fast build.  Try making this tower in other biomes and with new wood types! For example, you could make this tower in the jungle with some jungle wood. As usual, let me know how your build turns out :)

Mini Nether Garden

Image
I designed a miniature garden using some of the new materials from the nether update in Minecraft. This little garden design is perfect for small homes in the nether or for anyone who wants to do a nether themed house. All you'll need is some soul soil, assorted nether plants and some trap doors. Also try using crimson wood trap doors for the sides of the garden plot. You could even combine both types of wood to make the most of both new nether wood block styles! As usual, let me know how your build turns out :)
